Calm Build Kits (CBK) – Puzzles with a Twist

Thank you for your interest in Calm Build Kits (CBK) — hands-on building experiences designed to support calm, focus and wellbeing.

The idea for Calm Build Kits grew from our long-standing love of LEGO® and years of creative play. At Minifigtraders, we are adult fans of LEGO® — young at heart — and deeply aware of the powerful role play has in learning, emotional regulation and wellbeing.

Like many adults and children, we have experienced moments of challenge, anxiety and overwhelm. Through our own experiences, we found that sitting quietly and building helped to calm the mind, improve focus and bring a sense of enjoyment and achievement. Calm Build Kits were created to intentionally capture these benefits.

We recognise the critical importance of play, non-digital engagement and wellbeing in supporting mental health, learning and development. Calm Build Kits are designed to:

• Offer inclusive support for a wide range of learners
  

Calm Build Kits focus on strengths-based engagement, helping individuals feel capable, settled and motivated. They can be used flexibly in many everyday situations — whether supporting a child who needs help regulating emotions, assisting teachers managing busy classrooms, or providing quiet, mindful time before bed.

We currently offer 31 Calm Build Kit designs, with additional designs and complementary products in development. Each kit is created to provide an enjoyable, calming and purposeful building experience.

Calm Build Kits are suitable for use at home, in classrooms, wellbeing spaces and support settings, helping individuals of all ages find calm through creative play.
